Rentroll All three sketches

Get paid on the stocks you already own.

Your holdings, laid out like a landlord's rent roll. Each position is a property. Each option you sell against it is a tenant paying rent for the month. Rentroll reads your brokerage account, shows what each position could pay, what you'd be agreeing to, and the worst case as one number. You place the trade at your own broker.

How careful to be

Charles Schwab $325,025 Positions as of Sep 1. Rent is for the contract ending Friday Oct 16.
Collected so far this year$8,700
This month so far$0
Rent available this month$0

What the last eight months paid

January through August 2026, from this account. April was thin: markets dropped, and sitting out beat selling calls into it. That's allowed.

What this is

Rent on stocks you'd keep anyway. If you own 200 Apple and you'd happily sell them at $350, someone will pay you today for the right to buy them there next month. Most months they don't. You keep the shares and the rent.

What it never does

It never places a trade and never holds a dollar of yours. The connection to your broker is read-only, the same kind a budgeting app uses. When you like a line on the roll, you go to Schwab and place it yourself.

Who it's for

People with real holdings, somewhere between a hundred thousand and a million, who have no wish to become traders. If you've got a position you'd be fine parting with at a higher price, that position can pay you while you wait.

$79 a month. Cancel any time.
